Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Data Entry.
What will you do:
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of product details, inventory levels, and related data into the system.
- Record and monitor daily inventory movements, including receiving and issuing vouchers, to ensure proper closure of inventory cycles.
- Create purchase requests and process receipts for all incoming goods to the warehouse within the system.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to validate, verify, and reconcile data entries.
- Maintain and regularly update records of product codes, descriptions, and other essential information.
- Strictly adhere to Raya Foods’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Convert data from physical documents into digital formats with accuracy and consistency.
- Support projects requiring large-scale data entry and management.
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses related to warehouse activities and inventory status.
