What will you do?
- Oversee and continuously improve all customer touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Review and evaluate customer journeys to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction.
- Ensure alignment between customer experience strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to inform improvements.
- Support the development of processes that elevate the overall customer experience.
