What will you do?

- Review and evaluate customer journeys to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction.
- Ensure alignment between customer experience strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to inform improvements.
