Human Resources Trainee

Role Description

• Assist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Support the recruitment process by updating candidate tracking sheets and coordinating interview.
• Assist in preparing onboarding documentation for newly hired employees.
• Support HR Shared Services activities including maintaining and updating employee records.
• Assist in archiving and organizing employee files in both physical and digital formats.
• Help ensure employee documentation is complete and properly filed according to HR procedures.
• Assist the Compensation & Benefits function by preparing basic attendance and payroll-related data.
• Support the HR team in preparing HR reports and administrative documentation when needed.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources.
• Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and professionalism.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
