Role Description
- Assist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Support the recruitment process by updating candidate tracking sheets and coordinating interview.
- Assist in preparing onboarding documentation for newly hired employees.
- Support HR Shared Services activities including maintaining and updating employee records.
- Assist in archiving and organizing employee files in both physical and digital formats.
- Help ensure employee documentation is complete and properly filed according to HR procedures.
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits function by preparing basic attendance and payroll-related data.
- Support the HR team in preparing HR reports and administrative documentation when needed.
Skills Description
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources.
- Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and professionalism.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
