- Analyze Consumer Finance Business Unit customer database and channel effectiveness data to identify growth opportunities across consumer finance channels
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue, conversion, and portfolio growth
- Define, monitor, and continuously refine key growth KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, activation, utilization, retention)
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and BU heads
- Analyze full customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, activation, repeat usage)
- Identify drop-offs and recommend data-driven interventions to improve conversion and engagement rates
- Support initiatives like new product launches, pricing strategies, and cross-selling models
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integrity
- Collaborate with data, product, marketing and leadership teams to identify business needs and develop customer lifetime optimization strategies
