Raya Foods, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Logistics Specialist with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
- Handling (Export/Import) Bookings and resolve related shipment issues.
- Handling invoices & documentation cycle with Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarders & Shipping lines.
- Plan & organize loading cycle in coordination with planning department.
- Completing FORM13 files & liaising with finance department.
- Follow up on payment request related to service providers.
- Act as a focal point with the commercial team to answer all customers’ inquiries.
- Generate/analyze reports to optimize logistical procedures & reduce costs.
- Handling Air shipments and all its related procedures.
