Logistics Specialist

Raya Foods, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Logistics Specialist with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

• Handling (Export/Import) Bookings and resolve related shipment issues.
• Handling invoices & documentation cycle with Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarders & Shipping lines.
• Plan & organize loading cycle in coordination with planning department.
• Completing FORM13 files & liaising with finance department.
• Follow up on payment request related to service providers.
• Act as a focal point with the commercial team to answer all customers’ inquiries.
• Generate/analyze reports to optimize logistical procedures & reduce costs.
• Handling Air shipments and all its related procedures.
