Manager (Financial Services)

·         Plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff; reviews progress and directs changes as needed.

·         Leads and develops service support and solutions planning over active projects for (Aman shops, POS, Cash Collection, Cash Out, Banking Agent, ATM and all new Financial Services projects).

·         Performs operational analysis, identifies issues, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive service delivery improvements.

·         Works across departments to develop and implement new/enhanced in-scope services and solutions and associated processes to meet customer/market needs and increase profitable growth and service delivery performance.

·         Full responsibility of delivering the revenue and/or profit targets given from top management.

·         Assess B.O Financial Services within the organization and develop new service or enhance the running based on customer needs and company objectives. 

• Organize workflow and ensure that B.O Financial Services Team understand their duties or delegated tasks.

·         The applicant must have at least 7 Years of experience.

·         Proven track record of increasing market share and Customers satisfaction.

·         Management Experience 3-4 years.

• Sufficient marketing skills to ensure proper market analysis and brand image enhancement
