§ Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments to follow up on recovery of outstanding balances.
§ Communicate professionally with customers to negotiate and collect outstanding amounts
§ Achieve monthly collection targets to support departmental performance goals and improve overall recovery rates.
§ Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the Team Leader to ensure proper handling and resolution of high-risk accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets to maximize total debt recovery.
