Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Control Engineer.

What will you do:

• Implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and products to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality problems and develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Provide guidance and support to production teams in implementing and maintaining quality control measures in the production hall.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Technical skills: 

• Good awareness of the Food & Safety standards.
• Awareness of ISO 22000 & BRC & FSSC.
• Good awareness of the business code of conducts
• Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing
• Good knowledge of Total productive QC.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
