Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Control Engineer.
What will you do:
- Implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and products to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality problems and develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Provide guidance and support to production teams in implementing and maintaining quality control measures in the production hall.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
