Senior Cost Control

• Maintain a daily record of inventory purchased
• Attaching of invoices to the Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and get it signed from the restaurant management / Chef and hand over to the payable accountant on daily basis
• Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or ‎approval from the respective department head
• Ensure that purchasing obtain up to date and accurate prices by comparing ‎prices against suppliers quotations
• Updating the material control system with ‎‎ (GRNs), stock transfers etc and updating sales from Point of Sale System (POS) Restaurant manager at the ‎restaurants
• Coordinate with IT department and/or service provider for Oracle Financial application & POS to sort out ‎any issues
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage cost (Actual vs. Standard) and communicating / discussing with ‎relevant parties
• Present a daily report for the actual food cost to the executive chef
• Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons
