Job Description
- Maintain a daily record of inventory purchased
- Attaching of invoices to the Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and get it signed from the restaurant management / Chef and hand over to the payable accountant on daily basis
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head
- Ensure that purchasing obtain up to date and accurate prices by comparing prices against suppliers quotations
- Updating the material control system with (GRNs), stock transfers etc and updating sales from Point of Sale System (POS) Restaurant manager at the restaurants
- Coordinate with IT department and/or service provider for Oracle Financial application & POS to sort out any issues
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage cost (Actual vs. Standard) and communicating / discussing with relevant parties
- Present a daily report for the actual food cost to the executive chef
- Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons
