Senior Executive (Account Manager - Enterprise)

·        Responsible for selling products and services directly to meet client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

·        Develop short-term relationships with customers and oversee sales to achieve planned targets

·        Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and sales volume
