· Responsible for selling products and services directly to meet client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
· Develop short-term relationships with customers and oversee sales to achieve planned targets
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and sales volume
· Assist customers in making selections by providing detailed product information to build confidence
· Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other department team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality materials are produced and all sales needs are met
· Seek out new business opportunities
