Senior NOC Administrator

Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Senior NOC Administrator with the below job responsibilities and qualifications

• Submit/Perform the required change requests relevant to Data Center virtual and physical infrastructure
• Support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, Wifi controllers, and firewalls
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve current problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
• Perform regular monitoring to identify any possible wrong behaviors. Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions.
• Report activities, Task assignment and follow up over exercises carried out in Network support unit.
• Respond to customer inquiries through Phone calls, emails and/or tickets , and Log all customer communications in the ticketing system
• Contact ISPs/Suppliers/Vendors for escalating/following up incidents
• Perform 1st & 2nd Tier support and troubleshooting for Data Center problems and outages
• Handle Customers’ equipment matters in the Data Center CMDB, establish the required relationships and ensure that it’s visible in the Data Center CMDB reports.
• Collect the required approvals for any Change requests, Incidents and Problems
• Escalate incidents/problems to the 3rd tier support

• Bachelor's degree in communication / computer engineering
• Experience  in cisco ISE, Cisco routers and Switches, Firewalls  ( ASA with SFR, Fortigate )
• Experience in Monitoring tools (PRTG , Nagios , zabbix)
• Experience in NX OS is advantage
• CCNA R&S is must
• CCNP Security knowledge is must
• CCNA DC & NSE4 is plus
