Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Service Specialist

What will you do?

•       Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information to keep records.
•       Listening to requests of the service desired and explains the repair or service order clearly so they can work on the repairing properly.
•       Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair for better customer experience.
•       Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
•       Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer when technicians discover additional problems; gets customer approval to do additional work and explains the work performed and the charges being billed.
•       Carrying out after sales follow ups to build and maintain positive relationships.
•       maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
•       Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.

What will you need?

•       Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant Field
•       Minimum 4 years of experience
•       Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
•       Know-how on how to deal with internal & external customers.
•       General knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and maintenance or direct maintenance experience.
•       To understand strategic relation suppliers
•       Operational Awareness
