Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Specialist (Accounts Payable)

What will you do?

·       Manages daily passenger vehicles warehouse operations (receiving, storage, and dispatch) to ensure smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and adherence to planned schedules.

·       Supervises vehicle receiving, inspection, and documentation processes to ensure vehicles are recorded accurately, meet quality standards, and are ready for storage or release.

·       Controls vehicle inventory levels and stock movements within the warehouse system to ensure accurate tracking, availability visibility, and prevention of losses or discrepancies.

·       Plans and allocates vehicle storage spaces within the warehouse and yards to ensure optimal space utilization, vehicle safety, and ease of retrieval.

·       Coordinates vehicle dispatches with sales, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to showrooms, customers, or distribution points.

·       Implements warehouse safety, security, and handling procedures for passenger vehicles to ensure damage prevention, compliance with HSE standards, and protection of company assets.

·       Monitors vehicle condition during storage and handling and reports any damages or irregularities to ensure prompt corrective actions and proper insurance or claim follow-up.

·       Supervises warehouse staff and third-party operators and evaluates performance to ensure productivity, compliance with procedures, and continuous improvement.

·       Prepares warehouse and inventory reports and submits them to management to ensure visibility of stock status, operational performance, and decision support.

What will you need?

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

·       1-3 years of experience in same role

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).

·       Good understanding of accounting principles and Egyptian tax regulations.
