Specialist [Content Creator]

• Oversee the execution, performance tracking, and reporting of marketing campaigns to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Design and implement iterative testing strategies across all marketing channels to optimize performance and drive data-informed decision-making
• Measure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency
• Identify emerging marketing platforms and develop integrated campaigns across diverse channels
• Oversee Graphic designing, Video editing, blog content creation, photography, and other marketing materials to attract customers
• Manage and expand the brand's presence on social media and other digital platforms to increase reach and engagement
• Maintain and optimize current marketing efforts while successfully planning and launching new initiatives in line with business goals
• Experience generating leads and overseeing the creation of marketing materials (blogs, photos, etc.), to support sales and engagement goals
• Create content for campaigns through designs, videos and captions tailored to different platforms and audiences

·         Bachelor's degree in advertising, business, marketing, communications, or related field

·         3-5 years of marketing experience

·         Heavy operational experience with search, special, shopping and/or remarketing channels

·         Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing activities

·         Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions

·         Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
