Specialist (Trade Marketing)

• ·        Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and trends
• ·        Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategy
• ·        Develop and execute trade promotion strategies to drive sales growth
• ·        Collaborate with sales teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns
• ·        Align marketing and sales strategies to optimize performance
• ·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales Excellence, Sales, Finance & Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of programs
• ·        Monitor and assess the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives to optimize sales performance and improve future strategies
• ·        Provide regular reports on sales performance and promotional outcomes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• ·        Design and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and ensure optimal product placement in retail spaces
• ·       Manage trade marketing budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and align with overall business goals

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is typically required.

·       Experience: 2-5 years in trade marketing, or sales roles, preferably in a related industry (Telecom, FMCG, retail or Fintech).
