Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a A/R Accountant

What will you do?

·         Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.

·         Verify billing data to ensure completeness and correctness.

·         Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied.

·         Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.

·         Implement and manage an effective collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.

·         Communicate with customers to address payment-related inquiries and discrepancies.

·         Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management.
·         Provide insights into trends, aging, and potential collection issues.
·         Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
·         Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.

Skills Description

What will you need?

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

·         Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
·         Familiarity with Oracle and sales force applications (Sales Buzz, DMS1, MSales, etc.).

·         Advanced experience with MS Excel.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
·         1-3 years of experience in Accounting
