Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Administrator
What will you do?
- Make a Daily Sales Reports.
-Make Daily Reports for the Main inventory & sub-Inventories Stocks.
-Tracing the cars through the system via GPS, and make reports for cars status and time sheet by excel.
-Responsible for reviewing Stock sales representative & Make orders from Main Stock to Stock sales representative.
-Performing some Human Resources tasks.
-collect all the purchase Order request from all the branch and sent it to purchasing department.
-collecting all documents which is required for hiring and sending it to the head office.
Skills
What will you need?
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English language proficiency: Good.
- Effective communication, and organizational abilities.
