Job Description
· Participate in the process of gathering payroll data to have organized sheets (ready for processing) of payroll changes on monthly basis · Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports on monthly basis for different usage and to ensure keeping organized historical records · Act as a central point of reference for internal queries about payroll issues on timely manner to satisfy internal customers · Responsible for preparing HR letters or loan request letters, medical and installment requests as per customers’ requirements · Responsible for refunding employees’ expenses on monthly basis as per policy · Responsible for C&B reports and analysis on periodic basis and as per request · Responsible for coordinating the medical insurance different activities; cards, invoices, approvals with the insurance provider to ensure employees satisfaction. |
May participate in other HR activties
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law
- Very good knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and principles
- V good knowledge about Excel
- Awareness of the importance and effect of Human Resources policies on business operations
- 1-2 Years’ experience in any related field.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable
