Job Description
- Handles all the financial services teams across regions (Cairo, Upper Egypt, Delta).
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organize workflow and ensure that Financial Services Team understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Decide on reward and promotion for Financial Services Team and sales teams based on performance.
- Hire employees & HC turnover control with supporting HR for hiring process.
· Organize workflow and ensure that all F.S team in region achieve their targets.
Skills Description
What will you need?
· Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience:
o +5 years of progressive experience in the Financial Services industry.
o 2-3 years of experience at the managerial level.
· Technical Proficiency:

o Sufficient analysis skills to ensure proper market analysis and brand image enhancement
