Job Description
Monitor system behaviors against expected to identify differences.
Handling service complains from Internal and external parties and end customer related.
Investigation for discovered issues.
Sharing the system configuration with the concerned departments.
Auditing new merchants on the system with all their required data.
Responsible for the configuration on the system including restrictions and services for billers.
Monitoring the system closely for any failures or errors shared with the technology team.
Reporting of any failures in the system to the responsible parties
Skills
Good user of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to understand each merchant’s parameters and restrictions to be applied on the system.
Ability to work on shift basis
Ability to work on under stress
