Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Contract Management Specialist

What will you do?

• Monitoring storage levels VS storage demand to make informed recommendations for spaces utilization & performance.
• Develop and implement contracting plans & scenarios to cover storage demand & avoid any operational blocks due to availability of storage spaces.
• Monitoring WHs demand, space availability & inventory levels, anticipating and preventing stock space shortages or over-contracting.
• Manage planned inspection visits to external warehouses, follow up on actions from the supplier’s side.
• Collaborates with legal team to ensure the preparation of proposals, negotiation processes, and contract administration following company policies and adherence to legal requirements.
• Negotiate yearly contract rates with storage key suppliers.
• Update information about market prices, availabilities & conditions.
• Handle any storage operational requests that needs procurement involvement.
• Cooperate with warehouse manager, quality & operations departments to evaluate quality of warehousing suppliers and adjust contracting strategy accordingly.
• Bring process expertise/innovations to drive higher effectiveness and efficiencies across warehousing processes.
• Identify process gaps and actively work on improvements including regular updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
