Job Description
- Receives and reviews installment requests from Sales Representatives
- Confirms validity of documents applied by costumers for installment and loan requests.
- Coordinates with Sales Representatives and ensures that all required documents are provided
- Analyzes credit requests and customer financial position, and carries out the decision making process of approval or rejection
- Coordinates with Sales Representatives and solves any rising issues regarding credit requests or installment collection
- Check Customer’s I-Score
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
- Customer’s Call Verifications
- Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
- Assess client’s financial status
- Review Customers Pervious History
