Raya Smart Buildings - Raya Holding subsidiary - is hiring for its workspace management company - Edge Innovation Center -  Senior Community Account Manager in East Cairo (New Cairo) with the following requirements

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and customer experience of the assigned center. The role ensures smooth branch operations, high member satisfaction, workspace readiness, and sustained occupancy while creating a professional and engaging community environment. The position acts as the main point of contact for members, visitors, and partners and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and a positive customer journey

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

•        Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services, compliance with company standards, and uninterrupted business continuity
•        Sustain branch revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets through workspace hospitable level of services
•        Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels by proactively managing client relationships, resolving escalations, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
•        Manage, coach, and develop branch employees, fostering a customer-centric, performance-driven culture aligned with Raya values.
•        Monitor center expenses, ensure cost efficiency, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
•        Coordinate with facility management, IT, housekeeping, security, and vendors to maintain a safe, professional, and productive workplace environment
•        Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
•        Analyze center performance indicators, customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activities, providing recommendations to improve business result
