Executive (AP Accountant)

·        Review and process supplier invoices accurately and on time to make sure all bills are paid before they are due.

·        Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents to prove that the payment amounts are correct.

·        Prepare and process payment transactions (cash, bank transfer, checks) to settle what the company owes to others.

·        Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies to fix any mistakes in the balances.

·        Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing system so that information is easy to find and never lost.

·        Follow up with internal departments and vendors regarding pending issues to solve payment problems quickly.

·        Assist in month-end closing and payable reconciliations to make sure the final monthly reports are right.

·        Record journal entries for accounts payable transactions to keep the company's main accounting books up to date.

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

·       Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance field.
