Job Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls while utilizing available data to market all Aman microfinance products
- Conduct financial analysis of clients to assess their creditworthiness
- Review client documentation in accordance with each financing tier
- Communicate and follow up with Aman branch specialists to ensure the timely issuance of financing for referred clients
- Determine credit limits based on submitted documents to establish the financing amount and the client's repayment capacity
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations
Skills Description

- Commitment to providing excellent service and support to clients
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- 0-2 years of experience in same field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field required
