- Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system
- Maintain the overall Quality System (Process and Procedures)
- Support in writing Quality assurance Policies and Procedures
- Attend internal and external audits
- Fulfill the required documents for registration in the certification body
- Assist in customer satisfaction Surveys
- Monitor Raya Integration call center perfomance
