What is Explore?
Explore Internship Program is Raya's annual paid Winter internship for undergraduate students and fresh graduates. This One month program, running from Jan 5th to Jan 29th, 2026, offers participants a unique journey filled with learning, exposure, and practical experience.
What tracks do we have this year?
1. App Development (IOS & Android)
Hands-on exposure to mobile or web app development, UX/UI, debugging, testing, and supporting development sprints.
2. Business Transformation
Work on strategic and operational improvement projects, process mapping, digital transformation, and performance enhancement initiatives.
3. Data Analysis
Analyze data, clean datasets, build visualizations, create dashboards, and support business decisions with actionable insights.
4. Finance
Gain experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and supporting monthly closing cycles.
5. Human Resources
A full 360° exposure to HR by exploring different functions that shape the employee experience and organizational culture. it will happen by a rotation across several HR areas to understand how HR drives business success.
6. Legal
Assist with contract reviews, legal research, compliance support, drafting documents, and maintaining internal legal processes.
7. Digital Marketing
Support social media management, content creation, and online campaigns. Contribute to tracking digital performance, optimizing content, and working on SEO/SEM basics to grow audience reach across digital platforms.
8. Marketing & PR
Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand communication while also assisting with PR activities such as media monitoring, event coordination, and corporate messaging. Contribute to strengthening the company’s visibility, reputation, and engagement across all channels.
9. Supply Chain
Support procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, demand planning, and process optimization.
Skills Description
