HR Operations Specialist

Job Description

Raya Smart Buildings a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire the below:- 

  1. Manage the employee contract’s process (New joiners – Renewals) Provide HR support and advice to employees regarding the absence management and insurance if needed
  2. Own the exit process (Resignations – Form 6 – Clearance and archiving)
  3. Follow up on documents of new employees and make their contract, approval to hire and deliver to the archive
  4. Responsible for telephone bills payment on a monthly bases and mobile and transportation Expenses
  5. Open bank accounts and communicate it to the payroll team in RCC
  6. Issue warning letters and e-mails to employees (upon their Supervisor's request) in case of absence or misconduct
  7. Responsible for sending the forms of new hires for the Medical insurance and giving the new hired employees their medical cards (as well as medical cards renewal on an annual basis) and handles family cards for employees
  8. Responsible for medical Insurance payment for each quarter & facilitate the medical approvals for the offline employees
  9. Responsible for handling the monthly payroll changes and documentation required
  10. Audit on the staff for grooming and dress code

Skills
