Raya International Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding For Financial Investments is looking to hire a Human Resources Trainee with the below responsibilities and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- Supports in Researching, recruiting, screening and interviewing IT candidates for job openings.
- Utilizes online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- Maintains data on recruitment activities, candidates flow, interviews, hires and transfers.
- Develops and maintains contacts with universities, institutes, and other public organizations to find and attract candidates.
- Files and maintains employment records for future reference.
- Prepares reports as requested.
- Participates in employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years (preferably with Recruitment background)
- BSc. in HR/Business/Law/IT/CS or any relevant Discipline
- Military service status identified for males
- Excellent English (writing and speaking)
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness and passion to learn
