Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a IT Senior Technician

• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VOIP, and wireless.
• Implement and maintain a passive network (Fiber and Ethernet cables)
• Manage and maintain the NVR system and Fingerprint system.
• Providing expert technical support for all company hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades
• Manage and maintain the Sound system, projectors and printers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, latency, and throughput.
• Ensure high-availability solutions with redundancy and failover configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and support audits and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and network infrastructure and configurations

Technical Skills

·         Solid experience with Network infrastructure and Low current systems

·         Deep understanding of Passive network and cable-related issues.

·         Hands-on experience with CCTV and Finger print system.

·         Proficiency in sound systems

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
