Job Description
- Responds to customers inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
- Oversees the daily performance of Data center operation.
- Sets up the Data center’s servers and ensures the proper installations
- Maintains records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
- Confers with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
- Prepares evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades along with its implementation
- The employee has to follow the ISMS policies, procedures and all other ISMS requirements
- Maintains documentation of server applications and services
- Maintains documentation of procedures for testing and/or maintenance of data center equipment
- Software monitoring of all application services
