IT Supervisor

Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary of Raya holding for financial investments announces the job vacancy of IT Supervisor with the below duties and responsibilities:-

• Implement all IT strategies for Galleria 40 and Raya View buildings’ IT operations
• Ensure compliance to all deadlines and provide upgrade to all systems as per requirement
• Analyze all IT infrastructures and prepare reports to be submitted to senior management
• provide support to all procurement procedures
• Design and execute all IT policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance to all standards and policies and administer efficient working of all IT equipment and hardware and manage all communication with operation management team
• Determine and implement various IT procedures and assist to integrate various processes to new and existing systems and prepare all user specifications and perform tests on all applications according to technical specifications

• IT Helpdesk
• Systems Applications
• Network Administration, managing connectivity with internet service provider 

• EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degrees in Engineering
  • Relevant certifications 
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in same field
