Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Junior Account Manager (Export).
What will you do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and concerns.
- Achieve business objectives and sales targets through prospecting for new clients and current clients’ development.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Coordinate order processing, shipment scheduling, and delivery logistics in collaboration with the operations team.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in orders' fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Resolve and keep an accurate record of customer complaints.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Quality, Logistics, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
