تعلن شركة راية لإنشاء و إدارة المباني احدى الشركات التابعة لمجموعة راية القابضة للإستشارات المالية عن حاجتها لشغل الوظيفة التالية:-
- إجراء وضمان اكتمال الصيانة الوقائية المخططة (PPM) على جميع أعمال التيار الخفيف ذات الصلة يوميًا وأسبوعيًا وشهريًا وكما هو مخطط له.
- الاستجابة لجميع أعمال الصيانة التفاعلية ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة المحددة.
- القيام بخدمة وصيانة أعمال نظام ادارة المبانى ، وأي معدات أخرى ذات صلة ضمن اختصاص قسم الهندسة.
- القيام بتركيب أعمال نظام ادارة المبانى
- إجراء عمليات المرور و التفتيش اليومى على كل أعمال نظام ادارة المبانى
- إعداد وإنتاج التقارير فيما يتعلق بتشغيل خدمات إدارة المباني ، على النحو المطلوب.
- الوصول إلى الملفات والبرامج والتطبيقات ذات الأولوية العالية وتحريرها وتعديل البرامج المتخصصة.
Skills Description
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2+ سنوات في صيانة المرافق في التيار الخفيف
- معرفة نظام تشغيل إدارة المباني والكمبيوتر الرقمي وأنظمة بناء
- المعرفة بنظام إنذار الحريق لإدارة المباني وإجراءات الطوارئ ذات الصلة.
- معرفة الوظائف العامة والأجزاء المسماة لجميع أجهزة نظام إدارة المباني.
