Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Local Purchasing Executive

What will you do?

•       Receive purchase requests from the concerned authority and review them for accuracy and completeness.
•       Identify potential suppliers and solicit offers for materials and goods based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
•       Receive purchases promptly and accurately match quantities and specifications, ensuring that the received items align with the specified quantities and meet the required specifications.
•       Prepare and submit regular work reports, documenting purchase activities and supplier performance.
•       Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
•       Generate purchase orders promptly and accurately based on the procurement requirements.
•       Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery order.

What will you need?

•       Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
•       1-2 years of experience.
•       Computer Skills
•       problem Solving Skills
•       Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•       Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is a plus.
