Machine Learning Specialist– Model Optimization & AI Insights

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Lead (5-6 years of experience) to 
design and optimize machine learning models that enhance the intelligence of an AI
powered Voice Agent platform. 
The role focuses on: 
• Fine-tuning language models  
• Building insight-driven models  
• Improving AI accuracy and performance  
• Supporting decision-making within AI workflows 

Key Responsibilities 
• Design and implement fine-tuning pipelines for LLMs and smaller models  
• Improve model performance for intent detection, classification, summarization, and 
prediction  
• Build ML models for customer segmentation, intent prediction, and sentiment 
analysis  
• Define and monitor AI performance metrics (accuracy, latency, hallucination rate)  
• Develop datasets and pipelines for training, validation, and evaluation  
• Apply parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA)  
• Collaborate with GenAI team on prompt tuning and model behavior  
• Optimize models based on production feedback  
• Support deployment and monitoring of ML models 

Experience Requirements 
• 5-6 years in Machine Learning / NLP  
• Experience in fine-tuning or adapting models  
• Experience in building production ML pipelines 

Skills 
• Strong understanding of machine learning and NLP fundamentals  
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LLaMA, Mistral or similar)  
• Hands-on experience with LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques  
• Experience building text classification, summarization, and NLP models  
• Strong Python skills with PyTorch and Hugging Face  
• Experience in dataset preparation, cleaning, and labeling  
• Experience in model evaluation and performance optimization  
• Ability to reduce hallucinations and improve model accuracy  
• Experience with experiment tracking and benchmarking  
• Understanding of production ML pipelines
