Manager (Operational Risk)

• ·        Assists in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks to ensure potential threats are proactively managed and mitigated.
• ·        Collaborates with business units and process owners to gather data and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for effective risk management.
• ·        Manages the preparation and analysis of risk reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into the organization's risk profile.
• ·        Supports the implementation of risk control measures and mitigation strategies by working with business units to ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• ·        Tracks and reports operational incidents to ensure lessons learned are successfully incorporated into future risk management practices.
• ·        Participates in incident investigations and root cause analysis to contribute to corrective action plans that prevent future occurrences.
• ·        Contributes to the delivery of risk training and awareness programs to educate employees and promote a risk-aware culture within the organization.
• ·        Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and risk teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication of risk management efforts.
• ·        Develops risk dashboards and visual data representations to evaluate control effectiveness and identify necessary enhancements.
• ·        Conducts risk assessments and analyzes historical data trends to identify potential risks and assess their impact and likelihood on the business.

What will you need?

·       Educational Background: Bachelor is Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline.

·       Experience:

o   +7 years of progressive experience in the same role.

o   3-4 years of experience of management experience.

o   Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI

o   Strong experience in risk reporting, governance frameworks, and policy/procedure development

o   Strong process mapping and control improvement
