Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary of Raya Holding for financial investment is hiring for the below:
- Lead on ground activities with suppliers and ensure flawless execution in reference to allocated brand KPIs
- Plan & implement a brand activation plan across separate brands in order to drive traffic
- Ensure seamless and successful implementation of campaigns across on ground channels,
- Ensure internal stakeholder alignments on all related projects to ensure smooth operations on ground
- Lead on retrieving customer insights including office tenants, retail tenants, and exhibitors to enhance on ground experience activities.
Skills
- Bachelor degree
- CIM or relevant post graduate certificate is a plus
- from 3 to 5 years of experience in shopping centers, PR agencies
- Fluent in English (Speaking and writing)
