Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)

Raya Foods, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

• Plan routine Maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate the Factory’s Machines.
• Follow up on the need for spare parts and report what is necessary to avoid emergency.
• managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in performing.
• Initiate the purchase of parts, materials, equipment, supplies, in accordance with company procedures and provide technical assistance when required to facilitate such purchases.
• Oversee and control maintenance costs.
• Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment and tools used in manufacturing processes.
• Installing and repairing equipment such as motors, bombs, valves, and boilers.
• Identify potential hazards and participate in job safety analysis for all high-risk activities related to regular maintenance, plant shutdown and emergency maintenance.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Writing technical documentation/ Supervise the machine operators.
• Designing systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
