Job Description
· Monitor daily external activities of agencies to ensure full coverage of the assigned customer database.
· Track and evaluate agency performance on a regular basis to ensure achievement of collection targets and service standards.
· Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
· Review Agency process, calls and field visits, to ensure compliance with collection guidelines and quality standards.
· Recommend portfolio reallocation between agencies to optimize recovery performance and improve efficiency
· Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets to maximize total debt recovery.
