Job Description
What will you do?
· Review contracts and collateral documents to ensure:
o Completeness of required documentation
o Validity of signatures and stamps
o Compliance with approved credit policies and procedures
· Sign contracts as the authorized first party on behalf of the CEO within delegated authority limits
· Coordinate with the Legal Department when required to validate contract structure and terms
· Support Internal Audit during periodic and ad-hoc audits by providing required documentation
· Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Financial Regulatory Authority, if applicable)
· Assist in closing audit findings related to documentation and archiving
