Raya Smart Buildings; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Finacial Investments is hiring for the below:-
Job Purpose: Manage MEP projects through effective communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs. In addition to review and submit electrical designs and shop drawings and following up site construction activities.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, details, specification, BOQs and cost estimated
- Follow-up the site construction activates
- Review the tenants’ designs, implementations and progress
- Aware of project managements activates
- Review contracts, quotations and interims
- Issue the POs and following up the payments
- Prepare technical reports
Skills
- Communication Skills
- Electric Projects management experience
- PMP is a plus
