Job Description
- Strengthening the marketing process of credit facilities and coordinating with other units (for the sale of complementary products).
- Improving the profitability of the SME portfolio.
- Manage customer relationships from SMEs to achieve pre-set goals.
- Implementation of field visits to customers of small and medium-sized companies and preparing reports of calls on a regular basis.
- Collect required customer information, documentation, financial statements, and related data for various types of credit reviews.
- Supervising the status of the target customers to ensure their financial ability.
- Preparing and recommending credit applications to ensure adherence to credit policies, and proposals for appropriate risk returns.
- Cooperating with other sectors to provide high-quality service levels and ensure appropriate lead times.
- Follow up on customer complaints and the service recovery process in addition to any other tasks assigned
Skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant banking &/ or SME’s experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline
