Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Retail Design & Delivery Engineer
What will you do?
- Design and customize designs innovative architectural designs for construction / renovation projects based on company’s requirements, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes and regulations, fire and safety regulations and zoning codes
- Ensure building elements such as plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and the structure are appropriately positioned within the building
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate project needs and objectives into the design process
- Process related administrative work with procurement, accounting and other departments
Skills Description
What will you need?
Educational background:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture
- Interior design certificate is a plus
Professional Experience:
- From 1 to 3 years in design and at least one year in shopping centers or retail industry (Revit and BIM project management)
- Architectural design and site work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , 3Dmax (Corona/Vlay)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction best practices
